In real life, Empress Eugenie had long dark Auburn curly hair, this doll has blond molded hair. She is wearing a pink luster scarf with feather and tassel which are not glazed. and a molded snood which is like a net to hold the hair in place at the back of her head. She was made by the Kister porcelain company.

Lady Eugenie was the wife of Napoleon 111 and empress to France (1853- 1870) and had an important influence on her husband's foreign policy.

 

She is wearing a long lace gown with a lavender silk pinafore that is trimmed in lace, (shows melting) and black flat shoes.
