A Boulle Dressing Table

 

The oval mirror inside all  that fancy gold transfer work is spectacular! Each pattern is different – for example, the oval border is rather plain, but then the scrolls just envelop the whole area and frame out the mirror nicely. The front legs have gold transfer work  of sea serpents and in the center is a large shell! (Note: I think this would work with furniture that is 1” sale).
