An Exceptional Early Dresser In Grain-Painting

If you love grain-painted pieces and one I have never seen before, this is the piece for you. The front is just so unusual; The recessed doors and the beading around every surface of the cabinet- it outlines the four drawers with gold painted escutcheons around the knobs, the two side doors, the first level of the cabinet as well as the paper that resembles marble on the top where the large turned posts are set! The large mirror has a grain-painted frame which is attached to the large turned posts.

This piece would be beautiful in a nice cabinet which can stand alone.
